SHIPPING

All garments are produced and finished by family-operated small factories in Los Angeles.  All orders typically ship within 3-5 business days however our shipping window is up to 14 business days (although that duration is unlikely).
Accurate delivery time depends on payment authorization, stock availability and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only.

RETURNS

All items are available for store credit only. No refunds are permitted.

Items must be returned in original conditions, neatly packed and with all tags still attached. The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, covers etc.) and must have a copy of the packing list inside.

The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. Haus of Muxe will accept the return and once approved, with issue a store credit within 10 business days from the receipt of the return.

Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping requirements and fees. 

Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. 

In order to start the store credit process the customers can contact the HOM customer care team via email at hausofmuxe@gmail.com. Please state the order number, reason for return and a request for store credit. All store credit is valid for up to one (1) year from the date issued to the customer. The customer is then responsible to ship the product back to the address provided.

Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to Haus of Muxe avoiding any discrepancy. Item(s) that will not match HOM's return policy will not be taken into consideration and can be sent back to the customer at his or her own cost.

Denim

• Denim ages better when it’s washed less; damage comes from overwashing, not overwearing. Plus, you can save over 2,000 litres of water per year by washing once a month as opposed to once a week.
• Close zips or buttons and turn your sustainable denim jacket inside out before washing.
• Use a damp cloth to spot clean and remove small stains in between washes, helping to keep your luxury denim jacket looking fresh. 
• Freeze your jacket instead of washing it to kill odour-producing germs.
• Steam your jacket as another energy-efficient way to kill odour-producing bacteria instead of washing.
• Wash at 30°C maximum. Prefer to hand wash? Use cold to lukewarm water, a mild detergent and leave your jacket to soak for 45 minutes. Then rinse. 
• Flatten, reshape and hang your jacket to air dry. We do not advise using a tumble dryer for our denim pieces.
• Dry naturally in the shade or indoors, avoiding direct sunlight, as this can fade denim. 

HOW IT WORKS

1. Give us your measurements (waist, hip and height).
2. Our team gets to work custom-creating your one-off piece. Within four weeks, your luxury denim will be handcrafted for you. 
3. We tailor your denim to fit perfectly, and two weeks later, they’re ready to wear!
